Main Sitting/Dining Room

This is the largest room in the house with big picture windows overlooking the garden, Brodick Bay and the Arran hills beyond. There are 3 sofas and an armchair facing this beautiful view so there’s ample space for everyone to sit and relax together. The dining area is also organised to maximise the view.

TV Room

There’s a large flat screen TV using the free sat system. We also have a DVD player and a selection of DVDs. There are 2 sofas and a large padded footstool. A wood burner and a small, round table in the bay window.

Kitchen

The kitchen is well equipped with gas hob, electric double oven/grill, dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer. The table comfortably seats 10.

Utility

The large utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board and sink. There is plenty of hanging space for coats and an airer.

Bedroom 1

This can be set up as either a double or twin bedded room overlooking the garden and Strathclyde.

Bathroom 1

Large enamel bath with hand held shower, hand basin and wc.

Bedroom 2 & Bathroom/Wetroom

This can be set up as either a double or twin bedded room looking south over the garden.

The Bathroom is suitable for a wheelchair user. Wetroom with Doc M WC and swing arm support handle, basin with paddle tap and large walk in shower with support handle.

Bedroom 3

This can be set up as either a double or twin bedded room looking south over the garden. It has an adjoining door to bedroom 4, and is suitable for young children. It is one step away from the family bathroom.

Family Bathroom

Separate family bathroom with bath and stand in shower, basin and wc.

Bedroom 4

This can be set up as either a double or twin bedded room, adjoining bedroom 3 if required.

Bathroom 4

Walk in shower with WC and basin.

Bedroom 5

Double bedroom with views of Brodick Bay and the Arran hills beyond.

Bathroom 5

Small bath with stand in shower, basin and WC.
