Prices 2026 and 2027
High Season – £2,200 from the middle of May until the middle of September. Christmas and Hogmanay. Minimum 7 night stay. Change over day is Sunday except for Christmas and Hogmanay which can be more flexible.
Mid Season – £1,900. April to mid May. Mid September to early November. Minimum 7 night stay but there may be short stay availability at short notice.
Low Season -£1,500 for a week and £330 per night for a minimum 3 night stay. After Hogmanay to end of March. Early November to Christmas week.
A £300 deposit is required to secure the booking and the full rental is due 8 weeks before the start date. The £300 deposit is then returned in full subject to our T&Cs within a fortnight of the end of the stay. Our T&Cs are sent out with the booking form.
